NORTH SAN DIEGO COUNTY is a great place to LIVE, WORK and PLAY!

Communities vary from “beach” towns such as Carlsbad and Solana Beach to rural communities such as Bonsal and Valley Center and a range of other cities and non-incorporated communities varying in population from a few thousand people to over 100,000 population.

Climate likewise varies from cool coastal to mountain (4 seasons) in the Palomar Mountain area and just about all degrees of heat and moisture in between (except extreme desert).

The area offers a wide range of recreation opportunities from ocean and beach activities to mountain and desert–all just less than and hour or so from most locations. Major recreation sites such as the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, Sea World, and Lego Land are easily accessible, as are major sporting and other events just a short drive south to the City of San Diego.

Shopping and restaurants abound and are easily accessible.

Education opportunities are many and varied, from small private and junior colleges to major universities such as San Marcos State University!

Most communities have great youth sport opportunities and local parks are numerous!
